Is my credit card order safe?

Yes! MinotaurSF.com utilizes the highest level of encryption allowed for internet purchases. Your order is processed through Authorize.net and all credit card numbers are encrypted. We don’t even see them until decryption technology is used. We never store credit card numbers in our database.

You will notice a padlock at the bottom right corner of your browser window when you get to the final checkout page. When you reach the page that asks for your personal information such as credit card number and shipping address, the padlock will be in the locked mode from that point on. A locked padlock indicates a secure, encrypted site.

Will you ship to a PO BOX in a US Post Office?

No. We cannot accept orders that have a PO box for the SHIPPING address. Billing address is OK for a PO box, but you must provide a street address in the "ship to" portion of the checkout page.

*Please note: If you receive mail at a private mail house store that accept UPS packages (such as PO PLUS or Mailboxes, Etc.), your order CAN be sent via UPS to that box number. You must notify us of this or your order will not be processed.

Can I have my order sent via US Postal Service?

No. We do not ship via the US Postal Service and make no exceptions. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but, due to the nature of the products we sell, we use UPS for our delivery service.

Can I have the order shipped to a friend’s house or shipped to my work address instead of my home address?

Yes. Just make sure the “bill to” address is current with your credit card (for address/zip code verification purposes) and give the delivery address in the “ship to” area. Make the shipping address is as complete as possible. Your billing address must be verified and authorized before the order can be processed.

When can I expect my order to be processed and shipped?

All orders received before noon PST will be shipped the same day. Any orders received after noon PST will be shipped the next available UPS shipping day. Please take into account weekends and holidays.

How long until I receive my order from the time it is processed?

Please refer to the shipping page for your region and days in transit. Please be aware that shipping days are estimated and may take more/less time than stated. We surprise our customers from time to time and ship free UPS two day air or UPS overnight....you may be one of them already!

Can I have my order shipped UPS Overnight on Friday before 12pm and receive it on Saturday or will it be shipped for Monday delivery?

Yes. If your order is received before noon on Friday we can ship your order Overnight for Saturday delivery *. UPS charges an additional $12.50 over regular shipping for Saturday delivery. Please notify us by email following your order on the checkout page that you want SATURDAY delivery and we will add the $12.50 charge to your credit card and ship your order out for overnight delivery. UPS Ground Service and UPS Two Day Air not applicable for Saturday delivery.

* No UPS shipments are delivered, picked-up or in transit on public Government holidays such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Years, Memorial Day, Labor Day, etc.

Sorry, this one we keep secret. We do offer a money back guarantee if you are not satisfied. You can return it for a full refund. We don’t anticipate a return because we know you will be quite satisfied. Toys and lube are not refundable goods.

Do you have a retail store where I may purchase your leather stripper in person?

No. We are primarily an internet/mail-order company and do not have a retail store. All orders are shipped UPS — even within San Francisco.
